As a lifelong Twins fan, nothing can be more revolting than listening to impetuous snot daddy’s little angel Hank Steinbrenner trying to restrain himself from salivating in the media over adding Johan Santana to the Yankees Roster. Steinbrenner, quickly established himself as the deplorable dweeb/coaches son we love to hate in a New York Post interview when he remarked:

“Where was Joe’s career in ‘95 when my dad hired him?” Hank Steinbrenner told The New York Post. “My dad was crucified for hiring him.

Uh, Thanks for the memories Joe.

So needless to say, reading the following about Johan in the Boston Globe was almost unbearable:

The Yankees and Twins have started trade talks involving lefthanded ace Johan Santana. Yankees senior vice president Hank Steinbrenner said yesterday that discussions are ongoing but it was too early to tell whether they would lead to a deal. Santana is eligible for free agency after the 2008 season, and the Twins have been trying to sign the two-time AL Cy Young Award winner to an extension. Asked whether the Twins had said they would consider a trade, Steinbrenner responded: “Oh yeah.” Santana, 28, has a 93-44 record with a 3.22 ERA in eight major league seasons and is owed $13.25 million next year.

What are the odds Hank made devil fingers while saying “Oh, yeah”. What’s a Twins fan to do? Well, there’s always racy nude photos of Taiwan’s six top supermodels I guess. (Not Work Safe).
