My friend’s brother apparently went to school with Chiling at UT: According to my source, she’s the dumbest broad he’s ever met.
Also, I saw her give a speech in English at some Entertainment Award Show once. I really really wonder how she graduated from a North American University.

You can’t have met many American university graduates, then. A fair number of them can’t write, can’t think, and can’t speak coherently.
Maybe she’s just relatively typical.
