It’s a dark day for baseball as the long-awaited and feared Mitchell Report officially names names. Some, like John Rocker above, don’t exactly come as a surprise. Others will both suprise and sadden. And fans of Clay Hensley will wonder why the hell he wasn’t a whole lot better than he was if he was shooting himself with elephant testosterone.
If it weren’t for Isoyama Sayaka, I’m not sure how I’d cope with the disillusionment I feel from the results of the recent findings.

I have to say it’s kind of a sad day. I don’t really want to cover it on this site and I don’t want to read a lot of coverage about it.
That said, I sincerely hope Clemens gets raked over the coals about this.
I know that whatever the press or fan reaction is, it won’t satiate my dislike of that guy. Talk about what is ultimately a contempt for the game–take your vitamins, keep running up the hill and hitting the weights hard when you’re old…but then, and only then, you can be as greedy and selfish as humanly possible, and on top of it be an f*ing cheater if you have to. But while you do it, maintain this air of invincibility, as if you’re entitled to what every one believes. Don’t hesitate for one second…just keep demanding more money and more special treatment as the living legend. Just keep betraying every team you ever played for, every player you played with, and keep walking the Earth like you’re not of this world because…that’s life, right? It’s all about survival, right?
What a message to baseball fans. What a disgrace.

Can’t help but notice that a couple guys on there way to Japan are on the list…Larry Bigbie. Well I guess Alex Cabrera is already in Japan.
I agree about Clemens too.

I don’t know…Clemens lawyer is already denying it. The whole thing seems a little weird to me. A lot of hersy and people talking about other people.
