Okinawa Shogaku High School won the 80th annual National High School Baseball Invitational Tournament on Friday.
Okinawa Shogaku won its second championship of the tourney by beating Seibo Gakuen High School 9-0 in the final at Hanshin Koshien Stadium in Nishinomiya on Friday.
It was the first championship for Okinawa Shogaku representing Okinawa Prefecture since 1999, and the fourth time for the school to participate in the tournament.
