Great Minor League Resource

Here’s a very handy resource brought to you by Brock For Broglio, a site that has had a scant number of posts recently due to some health problems the author’s son has been experiencing. The Minor League Ballpark Resource  is basically just a listing of each team’s minor league affiliates, but it includes park factors for each team and links to each team page, making it very easy to look up a player’s stats.

I just took a quick peak at Jose Ceda, a pitcher from the Dominican that the team picked up by the Cubs in one of those ends of the year deals that are starting to happen right now. Ceda was swapped for Todd Walker in 2006, and is now throwing in the high 90s and possibly in line for a late season callup. Through 27 2/3 innings at Double-A Tennessee he’s got 37 Ks and a 2.28 ERA.
