Here’s a handy tool for fans of projections — MLB.com has created a composite of “SEVEN different premium and free projection systems from across the web” into one spreadsheet.
Now, they don’t name the seven projection systems, so for all we know it could be Bill James, CHONE, ZIPS and Billy Baum and the dartboard on his RV for all I know. I actually don’t understand why they don’t list the seven — give credit where credit is due — that’s sort of how blogs work.
But at any rate it’s not a bad idea to flip through some of this stuff, if nothing else to find out what the going ideas are heading into the year.
